Perhaps that the site offers copyright books which they do not have the right to distribute? That ebooks that are not free at any other site are being offered for free? That a textbook which is available with either Amazon's KFX DRM or Adobe's hardened DRM is available for free and without DRM though that ebook appears to be images of each page and not searchable text? That a legitimate ebook vendor would offer PDF format in 4 different sizes for one book? That a legitimate site would have an "Add book" option?

Basically, use your common sense. If it's too good to be true, it probably is.

I do have to admit that I wish some real ebook vendors would have their book information as well organized.
