Partners22 is working well for me recently - two pre-orders of Martin Edwards books, both coming out September 1. Then today, He recommended Francis Vivian, and the publisher reissuing them digitally, Dean Street Press posted an interesting blog article about Vivian' series. I bought the first two in the Knollis series at Kobo using Partners 22 for exactly the price of one at Kindle.
