Thanks, but ... audiobooks.com is not cooperating. When I enter the code sent by Dreamscape, audiobooks.com wants me to enter my name, email, etc. But whatever password I enter (the one from a closed account or a new one), audiobooks.com tells me my email already exists in their system. Duh, I know.

If I log in first, audiobooks.com wants me to reactivate my account for $15/month. Even if I put the Dreamscape book in my cart first, I can't enter the promo code with reactivating the account.

I suppose I could use a different email, but I'm too annoyed to bother.
