Including series name in title? (books and comics)

I am working on organizing my library, and have come to a conundrum and hoping this community can help me decide what to do. Some of my books have the series name included in the title, e.g.:

Series: A Song of Ice and Fire
Title: A Song of Ice and Fire: A Game of Thrones

From googling around, looks like the general consensus is to keep extra stuff out of the title, so instead it should be:

Series: A Song of Ice and Fire
Title: A Game of Thrones

However, I have several comic series in my library in which the individual issues/files do not have "unique titles" - just generic titles, like Issue 1, Issue 2, etc. So with the series in the title, an example would be:

Series: The Amory Wars: Second Stage Turbine Blade: Volume 1
Title: The Amory Wars: Second Stage Turbine Blade: Volume 1: Issue 1

(This example is even more complicated because the series itself is part of a larger series, with multiple volumes...so this is how I labeled the series...not sure if there's a better way.) If I follow the same convention as above (removing extra stuff), it would be:

Series: The Amory Wars: Second Stage Turbine Blade: Volume 1
Title: Issue 1

Which I guess isn't a problem, but the part that is a little weird to me is that due to the folder structure of the library, this would mean that there are two files with the same filename. For example, I have:

Claudio Sanchez\Issue 1 (42)\Issue 1 - Claudio Sanchez.cbr

and also:

Claudio Sanchez\Issue 1 (49)\Issue 1 - Claudio Sanchez.cbr

Maybe there's no problem with this, but it just kind of bothers me that the filenames are exactly the same. So wanted to get this community's opinion - what convention should I use? Just want to make sure I follow something consistent, since inconsistency bothers me...
