Jon, have you bothered to look at the ePub 3 specification? If so, please tell me where it mentions supporting CSS 4. Heck, quite a bit of the CSS section is more about the parts of CSS 3 that are not supported.

Inquiring minds are curious as to why you seem to feel support for a draft CSS version must be added by Kobo? Perhaps we should wait until a future ePub specification adds support for CSS 4 first?
