A lot of Kindle eBooks have a 7% text indent. Also, use the Hyphenate This! plugin or the Calibre option under polish to add soft hyphens. Then problem is that to prevent wide gaps, Amazon will shorten the line and it won't go all the way to the right margin.

But other then the overly large indents, I don't see what you see.
