Day three of the heatwave. Today it's going to be 31C, during the night temperatures didn't go below 18C. I did notice that the temperature different between the official temperature (taken in a field, in the shade) and the weather station in the city center near me isn't as big as it was during the hot weather three weeks ago. Now the difference is usually around 1,5C no matter what time of day, whereas three weeks ago it was 4-5C in the afternoon.
It seems that every day the prediction of when the heatwave will be over (below 25C) shifts a day. Right now most weather services are predicting it'll cool down next Thursday (earlier this week is was Monday), but two are predicting that from next Thursday temperatures will be lower, but still 25-26C, which means the heatwave officially continues.
