Did you have 'mrpackages' folder (MR Package Installer)?

If yes, then do the following steps:

1. Copy Update_jailbreak_hotfix_1.16.N_install.bin into the mrpackages folder.
2. On the Home screen, search box enter ";log mrpi" to install the hotfix.

IMO, for custom packages, you need to use MRPI to install.
