Almost finished Series 8 of 'The Brokenwood Mysteries'. Low key series of muder mysteries set in the fictional town of Brokenwood, in New Zealand.
I class it as on a par with the John Nettles series of 'Midsomer Murders', not exactly mind blowing stuff, but a gentle amusing set of mysteries that run to an hour and a half each. Two hours when shown on terrestrial TV!
A nice (but small) ensemble cast and well plotted little stories.
