im Cover-html sollte als einfachste Lösung eigentlich immer klappen.

Deine SVG-Lösung ist eigentlich Standard; es ist nicht zu erkennen, was da die richtige Darstellung behindert, es sei denn, es befindet sich im Code des gesamten Cover-html etwas, das den Fehler herbeiführt. Poste doch einmal das gesamte Cover-html.

Was die Trennlinien-Geschichte angeht, so hat leseratte das Problem ja gelöst. Im html-Code reicht aber statt <hr class="hr2"></hr> : <hr class="hr2"/>.
