... no offence meant. - It's just that I don't get the dates in the booklist on my kindle, despite having the settings as described. - I must be overlooking something, though:
I have the following settings:
- Calibre 6.2.1 (running on Debian Linux)
- Preferences → Sharing books by email ... formats: EPUB, AZW3 [no more MOBI]
- Preferences → Behavior ... preffered target format: EPUB
- Preferences → Behavior ... send news automatically to the reader
The list of preferred source formats starts with EBUB, AZW3, ... and I moved MOBI way down the list.
... what am I missing ??? ... I still got no date in the book-list on the kindle.
Could it be, that I need to change Preferences → Send books to device → template? Mine says currently "{author_sort}/{title} - {authors}" - do I need to insert {timestamp}? ... Have never changed this setting and my Calibre installation is 10 years+ ... but always updated
