Based on what has been said in this thread, the issue is that a bug that was fixed in Qt6 no longer displays the virtual font you have been using. And exactly what real font was by that virtual font could be different on different machines. I don't know if that is because it was a user choice, or it was set by MS to different fonts at different times. Or it could be both. It was something the user could choose, but, MS used different defaults for it over the versions of Windows. The screenshots from@BetterRed shows it is Tahoma on his system. And checking here, it is also Tahoma. But, the only thing that shows your font is older versions of calibre and the registry.
If you want to move on with calibre 6, then you need to accept this and choose another font name. It will not be "fixed" as it is not actually a bug.
