It works with every format the PocketBook Linux OS supports.
Personally I wouldn't use a FAT32 formatted stick, because the FAT32 file system only supports files of up to 4GB of size. You can't copy an audiobook larger than 4GB if it has been compressed into a single zip file. Of course, this is a special use case.
