Some of my books are in pdf only. I have Calibre set up to convert everything to epub on adding and to send epub to my device. Many of my pdf files did not convert properly, I don't get an error but the epub output file isn't usable even though the original pdf file displays properly in a pdf viewer.

Rather than checking and cleaning up every pdf file I'd like to stop auto conversion of pdf files. Then when I send books to the device I'd like to send pdf files if they exist as well as epub. I've fumbled through the preferences and done some searching but haven't found a solution.

I will greatly appreciate it if someone can give me some pointers.
