You can use a larger card and resize the book partition to use all the space. But, the Glo is old enough that it might not work with a 64GB card. When the Glo was newish, people tried various cards. From memory, there were no issues with 16GB cards but some 32GB cards did not work. I don't think 64GB cards were tested, and might not have existed at the time, so I do not know if it will work.
