Exclamation Critical Error Troubleshooting

In China, yesterday many users' kindle showed a serious error message. The page says the user must log out or reset the kindle to continue using the device. The response from Amazon Customer Service was that this appears to be an error due to Amazon's servers. I read on the Chinese internet that there are people who are living abroad having this problem, but there doesn't seem to be a discussion about it in the forums.

I feel like this is an issue worth discussing, and it means that Amazon seems to be able to forcibly scrap a user's device through its servers. Or Amazon could force users to delete documents on the device in this way, otherwise the user will no longer be able to use the device.
