Hi,
after adding ebooks, I often use 'E' and 'Set cover for the book from the selected format'.
This worked correctly in 5.x, but somewhere in 6.x it seems not to work sometimes for epubs. The cover is in such case rendered as empty page with 'broken picture' icon and picture name. In epub viewer everything is okay and it's possible to drag'n'drop the title picture.

I think the 'problematic' epubs are those which DO NOT contain <guide><reference type="cover"...

I'm running Calibre 6.1 on Windows 10 64bit, english.
