But, it could be that the OP could update to Windows 10 given he's running Windows 7. It depends in the computer will handle Windows 10 well enough and I think it may as the computer in use is running 64-but Windows 7.

IMHO, I see no reason to stay with Windows 7 if the computer can run Windows 10. I've run both and I see no reason to stay with Windows 7.
