  1. Right click the EPUB in Book Details
  2. Select "Open EPUB with..."
  3. Select "Add other application for EPUB files..."
  4. Browse to and select another viewer (e.g. Adobe Digital Editions)
You can set keyboard shortcuts for Open With items in Preferences, e.g you could set Open EPUB with ADE to Shift+A.
