Hi - I'm new to Sigil. I opened a txt file in it and 2 problems:

(1) I get error msg: "This page contains the following errors: error on line 933 at column 6: PCDATA invalid Char value 12. Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error."

It deletes all text after that error msg. line 933 is a simple sentence:
 Thank You For Reading!

As a test, I deleted that line, and it gives the same error msg for another line 943 which again is a simple sentence used throughout the book:
 Discover More

How do I get rid of these error messages?

(2) Why does Sigil insert two spaces after before the text? The preview in ADE (adobe digital editions) displays zero space there.
