One difference between the duck and the mathematician is that the duck owns and uses a Sage, and is not making a guess, but speaking from personal experience of 9 months using it for several hours a day.

If you check these forums, you'll find many comparisons between the 2 devices, and many references to the display issues the Forma had which are not in the Sage. The only area in which the Forma outperforms the Sage is battery life.
