Morse is definitely an acquired taste and it's entirely possible that he's...he's a man for a different age. His irascibility, etc. is unlikely to be for everybody. I think he was far more nuanced in the books, but hey...

If you guys watch the Resident Evil show, you'll have to let me know what you think. I'm also not a zombie person. I never could get into AMC's The Evil Dead, or whatever that was. Walking, that's it, Walking Dead.

I had been watching and enjoying Hulu's original, "The Old Man," but in...I think it's the 4th-5th episode, something completely nuts happens. I mean..you can't get past it. You think "that's absolutely not what he would have done. He'd have handled this "problem" a completely different way" and it utterly shattered the suspension of disbelief for me. Haven't been able to watch it since.
