The images are not too important, this is a medical book and anything except color isn't really useful. They are useful in the sense of keeping everything organized along with the paper copy of the book I own. Tables, I hope, would stay the same.
I've been playing around with Calibre to try to turn the book into some other format, but what it calls the first page of the book isn't, and when i try to go the 'second' page, it jumps to another section of the book. I think the html might be too large for calibre to handle.
