Sorry, I am not sure what you are saying. Has this occurred again with a different temp directory? Or have you changed it back to Windows default and it is happening again? In either case, if you are getting permission errors again, Windows might have decided the new calibre version is needs the permissions applied. I haven't had a problem here, but, I have changed where the temp directory is for Windows.
