First, upload the appropriate install .bin file for your device (*Update_linkss_0.25.N_install_pw2_and_up.bin* for a PW2 or a KT2/KV/PW3/KOA/KT3/KOA2/PW4/KT4/KOA3/PW5, the other one for a Touch or a PW1) to the _mrpackages_ directory of your Kindle.

Now, eject & unplug your Kindle, and and run MRPI via KUAL: *Helper -> Install MR Packages*. It should take a couple dozen of seconds.

Taken right from the readme file in that zip you downloaded.

Edit: You'll need the helper for kual for these directions. It's in the snapshots thread where you got screensaver hack. Directions for that are in the zip as well.
