Can you send us an email at support@bookfusion.com we will be able to provide timely support and tutorials there so your issue is tracked.

We save a hash of the file to check if they are unique. Any changes made to the book in Calibre will also impact the file therefore changing the hash. As a result the reader has to explicit say when to reupload the file.
