I'm not seeing any issues when I paste your settings into personal.ini under [defaults]. What exactly are you seeing?

Set
is_adult:true in personal.ini to avoid this.
I assume you mean you are downloading a series as an anthology. I'll have to go look to see if this is broken or expected.
The whole 'are you adult' thing is kind of moot when you're downloading from a site called
Literotica. I expect most users to have
is_adult:true unless they specifically want to avoid adult content.
