Thanks for posting the link to Krisk's comments. I've already apologized to Krisk on the thread regarding the early formatting issues and offered to give him/her a refund. Again I haven't read your book so I can't comment on the situation but you shouldn't have such an extreme reaction to constructive criticism. Of course you can't please everybody but you should look at negative reviews and see if it holds any water before rolling yourself in positive feedback.
