Same here. I brushed off the error warning thinking that Amazon was rejecting it because I already qualified for the $2 credit two weeks ago. I was surprised that they were letting me get it a second time, but then not surprised when they finally rejected it.

Note: this promo was supposed to expire today, but Amazon extended it to 17 Jul. Looks like they weren't getting enough hits.
