Update to version 2.16.4
I have just updated the plugin the version 2.16.4. This is to fix the Qt6 compatibility issue reported above. There are no other changes to the plugin.

The release notes are:
  • Fix: Qt6 compatibility - Error if copies to keep option in configuration is not set.

Hopefully that catches all the Qt6 issues, but, it won't surprise me if there are more.

As usual, calibre will announce the update in the next hour or so. And if any problems are found, please report them here.
