Thank you for the help but it didn't work . I am not anymore in demo mode; I fixed this by exiting yestarday with ";exit_demo".
It doesn't let me reset or do a factory reset . Is there a special commnad to bring the kindle to his original mode .Or do I need to go with it in warranty.
And if need what can I say to not void my device .
I should also mention that I have :
-version : 5.14.3.0.1
-Policy ID : demo
