If you just want to exit the Demo mode, then enter ";uzb" (without quotes) in the search bar to enable USB storage mode. Connect the Kindle to a PC, then create an empty file named "DO_FACTORY_RESTORE" (without file extension) at the root of the Kindle storage. From PC, safety ejects the Kindle. Once this has been created, reboot the device.
Please be reminded that this process will wipe out the Kindle's data. Back up your sideloaded contents if you needed.
