Android is a ghastly OS for this sort of task, and having had a Windows 10 tablet, a tablet is also ghastly unless you add a mouse and keyboard, then you've just got a clunky laptop with a too small screen.
If you are a masochist you could maybe find an unzip/zip application for Android and then edit the files with free Jota Text editor. You'd want a keyboard.
