I noticed that Amazon have re-set the dates for delivery back a little. (Not as much, they've come back to almost the original dates.)
16 GB version (originally the 17th, currently the 19th ... but I think yesterday it was the 23rd).
64 GB version (originally the 24th, currently the 25th... but the 26th yesterday).
Amazon does this a lot, adjusts delivery dates "on the fly" for pre-orders.
In the U.S. I haven't seen the Era at NewEgg yet. That's where I bought my HD 3.
Playthek (Grooves-Land) is now showing the Era available for purchase. Currently at 24-29 workdays for delivery to the U.S. for both models. I guess because of the current Dollar to Euro exchange rate, the 64 GB version is at $230 with free shipping.
