I sent a gift card to myself using the same e-mail address I use for my Amazon account. Maybe they're making a distinction between sending a card and reloading a card.

My main TV is a TCL Roku I bought last Black Friday. The secondary TV has a Roku streaming stick; don't know how old it is, but certainly not ancient. But neither will even show the program through Prime Video.
If I do a search from the Roku home screen, the program shows up as being on the Discovery+ channel, and I presumably could have signed up for a one-week free trial there and accessed it.
I'm about to make my third angry phone call to Amazon, as no one's gotten back to me as promised after the second call.
