That sounds like a Discovery+ issue, not Amazon. They may not be allowing it to be viewed on Roku devices for some reason. Is your Roku an older one? Maybe it's something like a newer codec was used for that documentary that older Rokus don't support. You might want to try contacting Discovery about the issue instead.

I've run into things like that before. I had to get dad a new Roku because Disney refused to let the Disney+ channel even be installed on his older Roku.
