Sony won't change font or flow image based PDFs.
PDFs are not meant to reflow or have fonts changed.
You can try installing one click KOReader for PDFs. It can crop and might flow some of them. No "jail break" needed.
Really unless page size is small you need a larger ereader than the Libra 2
