We got some rain in the afternoon and then it poured very hard (no lightning or thunder though). I had an umbrella and wanted to catch a crosstown bus at 50th Street, but it wasn't going to come for a very long time, so I walked. Didn't feel too wet, but later I realized my backpack was soaked, my socks and walking shoes and back of my shirt too. It cleared up and was nice this evening at about 71 degrees.
