Well, I will naturally defer to your own experiences and your own firm. I will say, though, that I worked non-stop with lawfirms, for decades and invariably, it was the women that toted the documents. And believe me--I've been a victim of that myself, the whole "tote that barge, lift that bale" stuff.
Granted--this was
a while back and I stopped working with firms about...15 years ago now. But for decades, man...it was always the women that were stuck carrying the stuff. Perhaps it was also that
nearly every time, it was a female associate with a male partner.
I admit I'm a purse ho. I've carried the same Coach bag for about 20, 25 years now, LOL. I'm a bit believer in "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." Of course, until recently, I was also driving a 20+ y.o. car as well.
