I don't know about the audio versions, but
The Wall of Winnipeg and Me and
Kulti are my two favorites of Zapata's books. (Having played soccer in college, I especially love the epilogue from
Kulti...) I agree, both are a little too long, but still somehow - I'm not quite sure how - kept me reading, and occasionally re-reading. I also like
Hands Down, which is Zac's book, and
Wait for It, which is a follow-on of sorts from Kulti. Just a tad below those,
From Luka with Love was pretty good too, and
Dear Aaron is a different sort of book, but I liked it too.
