PB627: Latest fw update causes errors on internal fs

Dear Friends, please help. Latest FW update (6.5.2307) failed with errors ...
Code:
...
Use PocketBook_627.bmp as default boot logo after restart
chmod: /mnt/secure/runonce/18-default-bootlogo.sh: Input/output error
chmod: /mnt/secure/runonce/20-low-power-logo.sh: Input/output error
chmod: /mnt/secure/runonce/99-reboot.sh: Input/output error
Update failedThe device will turn off in few seconds
PB then booted into standard screen but it is not possible to run Tools menu with different kind of setting for example PBSync service etc. it always fails with
Code:
input/output error at /dev/loop0
So, the question is if it is possible somehow fix this, ie. to check partitions and theirs mount point and to run fsck or something like that.

Thanks !
