People complain about the strangest things. I had a customer today who was upset that the cheese on his hot sandwich was melted. We have the same sandwiches available cold, but, no, he somehow expected every part of the sandwich to be hot except the cheese. He also loudly declared that he was disgusted that the employees "never wash their hands" while, three feet away from him, I was scrubbing my hands. There is just no pleasing some people.
