It's amazing how rude people can be with their dogs. We bought a new house and moved this past January. Evidently the people we bought the house from were jerks. They had two small terrier type dogs, and would walk them in the evenings, always starting their walk by crossing the street to the neighbor's mailbox, and letting the dogs pee on the post.
The mailbox for this house is right there by the end of the driveway, but the owners were just jerks. Our new neighbors on all sides have told us how thrilled they were when those jerks moved away and we moved in. No more loud vehicles, a Harley, souped up Mustang, and a race car of some kind that they would run in the driveway for hours. And of course the dogs.
