Manjaro (I'm using the XFCE graphical environment) doesn't seem to have a single setting to turn dark mode on and off (and no other application I'm running is defaulting to dark mode).

I've tried setting the environment variable 'live' ie.

Quote:
export CALIBRE_USE_DARK_PALETTE=0 && calibre
and putting it in my .bashrc. printenv shows USE_DARK_PALETTE is set to zero, but Calibre still starts up in dark mode.

Graham.
