OMG, are you living in my house? I really like Shetland, and yes, Bonnar is top-drawer in it, too. I enjoyed Primeval--Mr. Hitch thought it was dorky and a kids' show. (He's a grouch, ignore him.)

I do like the new DIP (Death in Paradise) guy. He started out a bit too over the top, IMHO--they kept making the "new guy" dorkier and dorkier each time and this last newbie was just...a bridge too far--but they've really dialed it back. Still not the first dude, but of the also-rans, IMHO, the best. I was sorry to see whats-is-face from Red Dwarf leave, though. :-) (you can tell how old someone is by their Red Dwarf references...)
