What firmware did you use? Officially, 3.19.x is the latest supported version. But, newer versions will work. You should be able to use any firmware that has been released for the Glo. The newer firmware has more options for the page display. You can show the progress within a chapter at the top of the screen and the progress within the book at the bottom of the screen. This works for both epub and kepub.
