Oh, and there absolutely ARE legit reasons someone might wish to return.

I gifted a requested book about the card game bridge to a relative for Christmas. I know NOTHING about bridge, so I assumed she had read any reviews, knew what she wanted when she put it on her Christmas list. She has played the game a long time and has asked for books about bridge in the past.

She finally got around to reading this supposed book on bridge a few months after the holiday. As it turned out, the tips on bridge were basically: PRAY.

We both got a laugh out of it and the book was only $5. But yeah, that was essentially a deliberate rip-off by the author, who, one hopes, *will* be penalized by many, MANY returns of THAT particular title.
