Looking at the bolditalic in FontForge it appears to have the incorrect weight, Demi instead of Book as explained by jackie_w in an older thread here (see post #9):

However, I think converting first to .ttf may be necessary as I received an error when editing the .otf. I'm a mere novice but have successfully edited weights of .ttf fonts using jackie_w's instructions.
