"KOL" mentioned in comment #15 is a booklet (a "book" entry) that launcher KOReader directly (so that it takes one tap instead of opening KUAL>KOreader>start blah blah) is this:

OK, duly noted.

I didn't install the JB hotfix again after I downgraded to 5.14.2 and installed the KUAL booklet, mrpackages etc. Or is that only done during the actual jailbreak process?
