No, I downloaded the .zip file from the Braille Institute. Oddly, the files in that archive are dated from 2020-Apr-27/v1.002 while the files from Google are dated 2021-Apr-30/v1.006 which seems a bit odd. The Google fonts naming is correct while the Braille Institute files had to be renamed.

I was not impressed with the font for two reasons. One being that my reading preference is serif fonts and the other being that Atkinson Hyperlegible (according to FontForge) has 342 Unicode glyphs while CharisSIL 6 has 2936 Unicode glyphs so a poor selection of glyphs
